To be fair the number of alliances capable of defending anything against MC can be counted on one hand. Especially in highsec. MC has some highsec roots and aren't a bunch of pushovers. Hell my Euni Mentors in highsec warfare are in MC now

Are you arguing with or against me? I probably wasn't direct enough if it was the later. Giving isk back because you were unable to complete a contract is a great sign of integrity.

VMG is far too prideful to fluff the Alliance rep with alt posts.

Pride in what VMG has accomplished, not to be tainted with false praise or promise through means of alts used for self worship. Thats what I meant.

Overall, VMG is very much about results, being straight forward and lettting the results speak for themselves.

All I know is pride comes before a fall.

The best way to survive any situation with your humility intact is to prioritize certain ideals over others from what I have experienced. Both ingame and out.

And

Courage over Bravery.

You can be confident in how you go about your life, being so helps when it comes down to getting anything done. But being proud and letting that effect your attitude makes you take actions that are beyond your scope of ability.

You can be the most intelligent person in the world. Understand everything you need to know, but having the experience is worth more in it's salt then just knowing about it.

And courage to stand up to a task, even if you know that you might fail. Is by far better then running head long into dangerous or high risk situations without concern or acknowledgment of failure.


And I don't really regard VMG as Prideful, maybe a few members in the alliance, but as a whole they are fine. They are confident, and they all work together to achieve goals. I honestly doubt they 'fluff' there own forum post. They already have a rep from before hand and have need no reason to further it with fluff.


That and it seem Khrom dislike posting in more then one or two sentences let alone multiple paragraphs.

I know you don't get out much but some of the people who commented are not alts and have been mercenaries since Eve began. Before you try to lecture people you should also understand the people you are discrediting receive contracts totaling more in one week than your alliance and VMG spend in a month on wars.

I/We fully understand why this is being swept under the rug because it is the worst thing a mercenary can do; go back on their word. Not only do actions like this look bad on VMG, and those who defend them, this also makes mercenaries in Eve as a whole look bad.

With all of this said we are after all humans and are prone to make mistakes....

Dont spend you hard earned ISK here. There are better mercs out there. VMG will pay with your ISK other mercs to help them. Check your own war dec history and you will see that many other mercs war dec you.

Unfortunately, my situation dictates that I work alone. Plus, I can't have all the ladies swooning over me in tight pants.

we were surprised how easily archetype folded. they were running somewhat organised fleets and working together with retards department. Their leadership went in with jane galt; which led to their members being unhappy, their leaders going afk and having all the members disorganised doing w/e they wanted solo/small groups. which was an easy prey for us to hunt down with very little effort.

I'm looking to put a character in a HS pvp group. How is the payout for grunts structured. I'll give you a hypothetical.

Someone pays you 1 bil (picked because example maths should not be difficult) to take down their citadel. I'm one of the 5 dudes that shows up for all the timers and blow it up. What would be my cut of the loot. (OK, so we all know citadels don't drop loot - I mean what's my cut of the 1 bil isk?)

I don't particularly enjoy bashing structures, but I do understand that is part of the job. I'm mostly interested in how you pay out to your grunts.

I dont throw my hat in the forums often, but I want to point out at least one issue with the list you linked above Dom. IKR had a talking relationship only, and just that. At no point did we recieve help from VMG, or vice a versa. So I really wouldn't count them as a part of the donut.

Vmg 10bil - 0 marmite. Value of kills.

Victory secrets corp. Tora padding his alliance with toons to help pad his alliance numbers.

Marmite players are not logging in.

Vmg pilots only log in to kill termites.

Tora has no weight in high sec. Vmg could deal with marmite threat levels with 3 active pilots.


Termites just run away and flies frigs.
